Return and Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Please note that certain items such as personal care products, intimate wear, and perishable goods are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
